Lisa Gruenloh, MPAP, CPC  is Founder and President of Purpose Journey, Inc, a consulting, coaching, and training firm focused on organizational and leadership development; team effectiveness; and stakeholder communication, engagement, and well-being.

 

She is an ICF-certified executive and emotional intelligence coach who works with a wide variety of leaders and organizations that are purpose-grounded, human-centric, and impact-driven.

 

Over her 25+ year career, Lisa has served in leadership positions in a variety of corporate, government, advocacy, philanthropy, and consulting organizations throughout the US.

 

Her Community Impact Concierge program leverages her experience in all of these disciplines to help clients and community partners to optimize their business and social impact. She has a deep passion for cultivating connection, finding common ground among diverse stakeholders, and co-creating positive change.

 

She is especially energized by participating in cross-sector collaborations and achieving results in challenging, complex environments where the opportunity for transformation and impact is often the greatest – and most urgent.

 

In addition to numerous coaching and assessment certifications, Lisa holds two graduate degrees from American University in Washington, DC – a Master of Public Administration and Policy (2020) and a Master of Public Communication (2000). She earned her undergraduate degree in Government and Broadcasting/Communication from Northwest Missouri State University.

 

As a business owner and entrepreneur, Lisa has contributed hundreds of hours of professional pro-bono service to local and national organizations and causes.

 

Additionally, since launching Purpose Journals by Purpose Journey® in 2020, she has donated thousands of her writing journals to non-profits (from domestic violence shelters, recovery centers, and hospitals to youth development, social advocacy, and leadership programs) under her initiative Journal for Change®, which in now a 501(c)(3) expanding its mission nationally.

 

In Fall 2023 she launched the journal-based subscription box and membership, Purposeful Scribbles™.
